• •Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• •Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• •Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
• •Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• •Not share your account with, or transfer your account to, another person.
• •Be at least 16 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where inaccurate information is provided or where security has been compromised.

• •Engage in any illegal activity or encourage others to do so.
• •Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate any other user or person.
• •Post or transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or repetitive content.
• •Upload or share content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
• •Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• •Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code or material.
• •Engage in fraudulent activity of any kind, including false payment claims.
• •Scrape, mine, or harvest user data from the Platform without authorisation.
• •Use the Platform in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violation of this section, including removal of content, suspension, or termination of accounts.

• •Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• •Your content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• •Your content does not violate any applicable law.
• •You have the right to grant us the licence described above.

We do not routinely monitor User Content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that is reported by other users.

• •You must submit a role request through the Platform.
• •Your request is subject to review and approval by the Platform administration.
• •Approval is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of the Platform.
• •Once approved, role activation may require payment of the applicable subscription fee.
• •Access to premium features is granted for the duration of the activation period.
• •At the end of the activation period, access to premium features will be suspended unless renewed.
• •The Platform may at its discretion offer promotional, trial, or complimentary activation periods.

Premium roles are intended for genuine community organisers, church administrators, event managers, and discipleship mentors. Misuse of a premium role may result in revocation without refund.

• •All subscription fees are quoted inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law.
• •All payments are processed securely by Mollie B.V. We do not store your full payment card details.
• •Subscription access is granted upon successful confirmation of payment.
• •Failed or incomplete payments will result in delayed or denied activation of the relevant role.
• •Prices for subscription plans may be updated from time to time. Where prices change, users will be notified in advance.
• •Currency and pricing are subject to the platform's current pricing schedule, which may be updated periodically.

• •You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
• •Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Your active subscription access will continue until the end of the current paid period.
• •Cancellation of a renewal does not entitle you to a refund for the current active period.

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us via the Contact page on the Platform.

• •You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• •Your account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• •You have engaged in harassment, bullying, or intimidation of other users.
• •You have misused a premium role or activated a role under false pretences.
• •Continuation of your account poses a risk to the Platform, its users, or third parties.

In the event of termination due to a violation of these Terms, any active subscription fees are forfeited and no refund will be issued. You may appeal a termination decision by contacting our support team.

• •Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
• •Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks without authorisation.
• •Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
• •Create derivative works based on the Platform or its content without permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

• •Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• •Loss of data, content, or access due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• •Content posted by other users, which is their sole responsibility.
• •Disruption to the Platform caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures.

Where local law does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, those exclusions apply only to the fullest extent permitted.
